Who can claim blocked funds or shares from Karvy?
You can claim if:

You had funds in your Karvy trading account that are inaccessible.

Your shares were held in Karvy Demat account and you lost access.

Step 1: Check your Holdings via NSDL/CDSL

Download your CAS (Consolidated Account Statement)

See if your shares are still in your name under Karvy DP ID
👉 If yes, you can initiate the transfer to a new Demat account.
Step 2: Claim via IEPF
Karvy transferred many inactive shares to IEPF. Here’s how you can claim them.
Process:

Click on “Claim Refund”

Fill IEPF-5 Form online

Send physical documents to the company and IEPF office

Step 3: File Complaint on SEBI SCORES Portal

Step 5: Claim via Insolvency Professional (IBBI)
Karvy is under insolvency. IBBI has appointed a Resolution Professional (RP).
