1. General Refund Terms

  • All payments made to Amritaz IT Solutions are non-refundable.
  • By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a limited 15-day refund window from the date of payment, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 15 days of the original payment date.
  • After 15 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are not applicable for services already initiated, processed, or completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once the order is placed or processing has started:

  • Trademark Registration
  • Logo Designing
  • ISO Certification
  • Domain Booking & Hosting (if already purchased)
  • Software Development or Subscription-Based Software
  • Other related services falling under legal, creative, or technical execution

4. Domain Transfer Policy

  • Domain names booked through Amritaz IT Solutions can only be transferred after the full payment has been successfully made and cleared.
  • Partial payments do not qualify for domain release or transfer.

5. Additional Terms

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund request if the terms mentioned above are not met.
